HANDLING QUIZ

Can your dog do the following?

Make sure to pay attention to your dog's body language and note the stress signals (see below)

  • Settle  on a matt or platform for a duration of time without being given constant treats?

  • Stay settled on their chosen space while you move around them?

  • Stay settled while you touch your dog with the back of your hand or the back of a brush all over their body?

  • Have their feet picked up and held for a short duration of time?

  • Have their chin rested on your hand for a duration of time? â€‹

If you answer "yes" to any of the questions, your dog would do better with Fear Free or Consent based grooming at home.
